Thank you so much for you detailed response. I look forward to reading about Jeff Hawkins theory of the brain. These are the kinds of ideas that can take education to the next level. Has he written a book on his theories yet? I would love to get my hands on that, especially as I am developing a book about homeschooling with neuroscience in mind. Knowing how the brain works really helps to uncover which parts of educational philosophies are useful and which are better left in the past.
