Providing value to an email list can be as simple as linking to articles you have written in the last month. And monthly is often enough. Instead of throwing out a tool completely why don’t we just reimagine it? It’s not hard…just think about what you want into your inbox. What you actually look forward to opening and reading? How often do you want the stranger visiting your inbox home? I only have a small list but my open rate and click rate are both very high…my list wants to hear from me. Because I give them enough time to miss me between emails. Just some thoughts.
