My 8-year-old is focused on hiring another employee for his neighborhood watermelon stand (he sells next to the pool). With another employee he won’t have to take any shifts himself. He wants to earn money without working. (He pays siblings with quarters.) Not sure if that is entrepreneurial, but I am pretty sure he won’t be happy doing anything in life other than running his own business. Or maybe dancing, he does love to dance! Great article, got me thinking about how we can teach these skills to kids.
