1. I hate long intro’s. Enough said.
2. I love the color orange. I decided when I was a teen that not enough people loved the color orange. I was ready to be part of the revolution. I love orange because I decided too. I am 38 now and could never leave this favorite color I decided to love. Don’t worry orange, I will always be there to wear you.
3. I married my husband after knowing him less than 9 months. This means we were engaged after 5 months, officially, unofficially it was, maybe, 3? Love at first sight? Well, I had a short list of requirements. He had them. I came. I saw. I conquered. Enough said. And, like orange, I will never stop loving him. (Writing this 16 years and six kids later, with a smile on my face and a sparkle in my eye.)
4. I like being busy.
5. I have to remind myself to play.
6. I really suck at video games of all kinds. I own over 50 board games. (Wait, did I break the rules, was that 2 things?)
7. There is usually chocolate in the drawer of my nightstand. Never know when there will be an emergency, right? (Is this shocking? Or completely normal?)
8. You know how there are cat people and dog people? I am a both, please, person.
9. I like getting to the point, which leads me to delete personal bits out of some of my stories because I feel like it is rambling. At the same time, I love writers who leave the personal bits in…but not ramblers.
10. I write fast, I write a lot, I don’t have time for writer's block. I post to my homeschooling blog weekly. I am still trying to decide how often and I can and want to post to Medium. I am writing 3 books, cause why start with 1? And no, I will not be able to do some sort of great guru upselling because none of the books having anything to do with each other and there will be extremely small audience overlap. BUT I JUST CAN’T HELP MYSELF!
